and i mean sometimes it wont even go into gear. but when its all warmed up it would be fine. and when the car is off it would shift just fine. this is after i did the pushrod adjustment on the cmc. i have a feeling that my pressure plate is going out. but then sometimes when the engine and tranny warms up it will feel REALLY notchy!

should i just adjust the cmc more? or change the fluid? OR get a new clutch and pressure plate?

when this was happening to me i would let if sit for like 5 min and it would stop. but after a day or two i checked the fluids and saw i had no brake fluid and a filled it up and it stopped
Brake fluid? Im assuming you mean box fluid? I find that on my car and my friends that it is slightly harder when cold to get into gear. But when the car is warm its fine. I would chage your box fluid and see how you find it. Most people dont change it half enough, and it isnt treated aswell as your engine oil. Ive always used honda mtf aswell.

oh, you are referring to your clutch master cylinder. Your problem was most likely stiff shifting because the clutch wouldn't fully disengage because you were out of fluid at the master cylinder.

Definitely worth checking. Takes all of 30secs to check the fluid level.

Check and fill both clutch master cylinder(w/brake fluid) and the transmission fluid itself.
