Whats the best gbox oil to run.. At the moment I think I am getting the oil to hot and it is causing my tranny to give me the finger every time I try to shift into 2nd... Today it cost me the final, which was the difference between $1000 and $250..
Any recommendations would be helpful

Honda MTF, if not that then GM/Pennzoil Syncromesh will work good.

Even with an aftermarket diff??? I thought about going back to the Honda MTF but wasnt sure about the diff..
But anyway Thanks heaps for the info... I will update you in 2 weeks as to how it works..

But on the upside of the day I ran a 14.6 @ 112mph in the final, best time of the day was an 11.897 @ 114mph on a pretty slippery track..

I already was running Redline MTL. I made the change to Honda MTF today the guys at the local Honda dealer even did it all for free including the oil..

I recommend 75-90 castrol oil for any car with a limited slip...If running open diff synchromesh!!
