the specs are no different than the big throttle body opening that AFI offers with the 90mm bore, the only difference here is the bolt pattern is setup for a b-series 74mm throttle body which is an option that AFI offers (and i also happen to have a 74mm RPM throttle body for b-series whcih made 280whp on my old all motor b-series stroker motor). Alternatively you can also have a machinist bore the opening to 90mm or bigger as well, and use a Edelbrock adapter plate for b-series to Ford and then use a Ford style 90mm throttle body...so no need to lowball, and i'm negotiable.
