From what i have heard k series and the S2000 F20c have a lot in common would it be possible to put S2000 cams into a type s, r or tsx head. Is this a stupid question or is it possible.

I doubt it because the S2k doesn't have VTC.

The s2000 cam gears have helical gears,not straight cut.One of the cams (cant remember off the top of my head which) has another gear built onto the cam gear,which is driven by the chain.That cam gear spins the other cam gear the opposite direction.
