I been seeing lots of EG, EK K-swap, And many of them are running without EVAP!! what is pros and cons if you took it off??

NOTHING, its so your fuel system doesnt release HC vapors into the atmosphere. Youll get a MIL light thats it. just make sure to cap off all the hoses.
