First of all I would like to congratulate owners of this web site that is having a lot of useful info. I have europe version of Honda Accord that is "same" as Acuta TSX.

I found out that europe version of Accord uses K24A1 engine and TSX one uses K24A2 engine. Is that right ? My accord has 190HP and TSX has 200hp. The difference could be found in open Exhaust valve -iVtec system in TSX ?

What mod should I make on K24A1 engine ? Waiting for TODA camshafts or something else ? Is the only option to use Hondata ECU reflash for TSX or is it possible to use also other ECU?

And finally also I know that gear transmission on DC5 and K20 is much better as it is on K24...On k24 is really "holiday" way :)))) What transmission gear shoud I use ? Transmission gear from RSX? CIVIC TYPER ? TYPE S ? Is it worth ?

The first company that will most likely come out with K24A1 cams is most likely not TODA. When I have talked to them it sounds like they have nothing on the way for that engine anytime soon. Hopefully that will change. The two companies that will most likely come out with something are Skunk2 and Hytech exhaust. A quicker option would be to use an RSX head and intake. Some modifications would have to be made. If you guys get the Accord Euro R that's another solution.

As for the ECU, does your engine have throttle-by-wire? The JDM Accord Euro R doesn't, but I don't know about the regular Accord. This may affect compatibility. I am not certain how close to the American TSX your car is, a comparison of the wiring diagrams would need to be done.

As for the transmission, you should try to find an Accord Euro R tranny. The RSX transmission won't fit, it uses a different mount. It is possible that you could use the gear pack from the RSX in the Accord tranny, I'm not positive about this, but it looks like it should work.
