i cant believe no one has an answer for his question especially on this website. how about this...........has any one tried the headers and downpipe on any ep3, dc2, eg, or on any k series motor other than the k20a.

Hey man, ephatch.com would be better place to find answers related to ep3.

The manifold itself will fit the motor, the cat will be around 3 inches longer than stock, so your need to shorten your midpipe or get DC5 RSX-S specific midpipe.
But the biggest problem is that k24 is 19.7mm taller than k20 engines, so there is high probability that it will not clear the front sway bar.

I believe DCRH clears the sway bar. For more information I highly recommend to go to ephatch and search/ask ppl who've done k24 swaps.

like said above the k24 will sit taller, 19.7mm can be a deal breaker if its a tight fit.

I know it's a pain in the A$$ but unless you can find someone who's done it, the best option is to prolly just try it out man.

also...you still need a k24a1??? I still have a REAL fresh one waiting for ya in Atlanta if you need one :D
