EG Suspension

I have looked all over the google for information on swapping integra suspension on a eg and i have found it will all fit but what i am not finding is will it make any difference? I have a complete wrecked DC integra and i wanted to take advantage of the parts before i part with the car. I appreciate your help in advance.

I should have been more clear. I mean control arms, sway bars, knuckles, ect. not springs
