Here's the comparison old vs. new.

Stock k20a2 swap. 11lb flywheel.

Solid line is SSR replica header with 2.5" collector merged to a 3" exhaust Kteller exhaust and maganaflow oval SS muffler. Short ram intake. No RBC.

Dotted Line is Hasport Budget header with 2.25" collector with a 2.36" apexi ws II exhaust. Short ram intake. No RBC

Old setup numbers were 193whp and 152tq

Final numbers were 205whp and 158tq. Vtec set at 4100

And your final graph:

vtec at 3800? why this low? why not putting it at 4500 when your curve is going down?
Tried VTEC at 4,300 RPM initially, and created larger dip.

I attribute the little bump up in torque @ 4,100 RPM to intake length. It's a short ram that's maybe 12" long.

Hm...don't remember my header being that low and I also have avid mounts..I'll send you a pm.
Do you have the same generation Avids?

These are a design from a LONG LONG time ago.

Graph looks good. I bet there is more in it, with some other parts.

Indeed.

An RBC would wake this thing up in the higher engine speeds.

I had a car in last week with the exact same header and exhaust, except with an RBC, and it ended up at 223whp/166wtq.

Nice job tuning, Derek. I would try out an intake length of 16" to 18". It should end up making a little more power.

I did get a set that was given away to forum members back in the days. It's probably the first few batches that came out. The rear and driver side brackets didn't fit right but Avid did send me a replacement and the motor sits fine now.
