i have a set of dsm 550cc injectors that my bro used on his turbo b18. if im not mistake theyre bosch because they look nothin like the one ones that came stock om my k. they have resistor box and everything. just wondering if these were usuable. maybe i can save some money on injectors.

i know my itbs are set up for bosch style injectors.

Did you break the bank buying those itbs, if not I think it would be best just to buy some new 1s.

no didnt break the bank. but these are new. just got back from gettin flow tested. he wrecked his car not to long ago so he never used them. got a new motor which came with rc750s so he has no use for these.

will they work?

i was going to put k injectors in a b and found threw research that they would need an adapter piece for the top to work that one co. made so i am not sure if they make it to go from b to k. Why not just mod type s one's so they run 520cc's and sell those?

thats what i was thinkin. just to much of a wait period to do all that. but that may be the route i suppose. i have k20r injectors now. i wonder how much i can get from them. plus after i sell them i have no idea what injectors to get. i went to some website fiveofords or somethin like that. but they have shit ton of injectors. i just got overwhelmed and gave up lookin for tonight haha. i check again tomorrow when i have more time. ima do a little bit more search on here. i know its been coverd a few times

DSM injectors do not work well in Hondas. Do not use them.

DSM 450cc injectors will not work with the Honda ECU - the electrical characteristics of the injector are not suited to the ECU, resistor box or no resistor box.

If you use DSM 450cc injectors you will find the engine difficult to start, and the engine running lean at part thottle, plus tuning is very difficult.

could you tell me how to mod them? ive heard of this before. but never tried it. dont you file the screen off or somethin. i could probably do that then get a different size o ring for the rail and manifold to use my stock injectors

DSM injectors do not work well in Hondas. Do not use them.

thank you sir. i was lookin on hondata for that. but couldnt find it. so i guess its a no go for those injectors. oh well tried to make somethin out of nothin. ill just give them back to my brother
