I am having an issue with my drivers side swap axle.
The end that fits into the transmission on the drivers side wobbles around like crazy. I have removed it and put it back in several times but it doesn't seem to fit right. You can hear it lock into place but there is a significant amount of play in the shaft that fits into the diff.

Has anyone else had an issue with Thier 2.9 swap axles ?

Ohh..really? I ordered a set for my car. Living outside the States. Haven't reach to me yet. I hope mine fit without any problem. Does anyone can help this guy out? Or any of u have this issues with DSS 2.9? Hmm...

Sorry guys I haven't had time to give them a call.I should have some news by the end of the week.

I don't imagine it's a huge issue, I'm guessing my awesome bad luck got me an improperly machined axle or something .

Both Lee and Tad will get you squared away with no issues at all. You will be running in no time. Lee has always been extremely fast for me.

Having the same issue with my 3.9 dss axles. Just curious to know what happened.

Any new info what cause this? I have 2.9 but they are 17.000km driven in N/A car. The driver side is very loose. I had to fix these many times in different spots. Inner bearings both broke under 5000km. The axle weld broke on drivers side. The rubber parts lasted one year. Not very good product.
