Does any one drag race on a open diff?

I got a k20 with 12.5.1 pistons and base 5 speed trans with obx 5.0 final drive & 100 shot

Never been to the track yet . But I'm going to start this season . Just want to get some feed back on open diff racing .. Worth it at all? Any good numbers?

I raced my first set up with an open diff. High 1.6 60 foots and 12.30 @ 110 with a bone stock k20a2 on 23" slicks. The open diff works but won't have traction or a short track as well as it would with an LSD
