does ur car do this???

heres what my car does. if i start the car then turn it off without taking the key out of the ignition and try to start it again it turns over but dosent want to start. but if i do take the key out of the ignition it starts no problem. is this normal? or is this some kind of rsx thing? other then that everything is fine, besides a cel for not having a second 02 sensor. car is 01 civic, stock type s ecu,rsx ignition system with rsx key, motor is stock k20a2.

It does happen to my 2002 Civic LX when I try to restart it really fast the 2nd time. I read that it can take some time for the ecu to read the coded key.
Might not be your case.

Try to wait like 10 sec before restart it and post result ;)
