I don't think that the 2nd link will work to find compression ratio. It doesn't take piston dome into account. Looks like it assumes flat top pistons.

Of course I haven't had coffee yet this morning, so my brain might still be numb.

You could just substract the dome volume from the combustion chamber volume or if it's a dished piston add the volume.
