Hi

I have a k20A2 in a Lotus elise with ITB and K-pro.
Now i think about an k20Z4 as spare for
cylinder head,
block,
gearbox
sensors (camshaft, VTEC, temeperature, etc.)
VTEc mechanism,
chain, chaintensioner
Does anybody know the real difference beside the drive-by-wire throttle body, that would be no problem for as i use ITBs anyway. especially the parts mentioned above would be

The coolant flow around the cylinders and thru the head is different, make sure that you install the partition plate(coolant divertor) in the A2 block and use a Z3/4 head gasket.

A2(top) vrs Z3(bottom) head gasket, notice the pink areas showing the differences,
