Does anyone have facts or personal experience from road racing what the difference is between the OEM K20A and the Quaife ATB?

I have a dedicated trackday K20EG (featured on Hybrid racings homepage) that I currently run a EDM K20A2 transmission with a Quaife ATB, but I may be in the process of making a switch with a guy to get a JDM K20A transmission with a CR-V FD on it.



Pros and cons would be greatly appreciated since I don´t have any experience of them both. My only interest is how they compare on a track, I don´t care about daily driving input.
