It seems whenever i start datalogging, it doesnt wait for me to tell it to stop recording, it just stops after maybe 30 seconds every time.

is there any way to adjust this or tell it to not stop?

Wait, i just realised i was pressing the red circle button, to datalog am i supposed to be pressing the lightning bolt? DOH!

lightning bolt just connects so you can be live, after that the red button is enabled and you can press it to start and to stop datalogging.

I have the very same problem. I noticed that if I make sure the USB cable is not touching any part of the interior or panels then I'm good to datalog for as long as I like. Try that and see if it helps.

thanks for the info, yea ive got a long cord and its kind of windy and stuff, i guess its time to get a new one just for my car
