whats up with that one with the polished intake and painted valve cover having 2 sets of injectors but no wires going to the ones closer to the plenium.

No ITB setup or manifold with straight runners can work with the RSX PS. See the Hayward ITB's for an ITB setup that works with the PS.

Did you read any of this thread, or are you just going off of what you were told by someone at Hayward? You don't have any personal experience with this kit do you?
