well today was the first outing for the K20A-2 since my K20A-R expired. we did a head transplant and about 6 dyno tunbe runs on the car to get some idea of tuning done on the car..
So how does it run?? Well it was flat between gears, there needs to be another day worth of tuning go into the car before I will be happy..
I think the a2 has alot of potential if it is tuned properly and hopefully we might see some good numbers run in the next couple of weeks..
But an 11.7 @ 114.3 s pretty good for the a2 anyway..
I will scan the time slip later and post it up...

I don't really know power figures etc at this stage. I will post up a comparsion between the a2 and the A-R when I get a dyno done again...

The K20A-R spun a couple of big end bearings. I am waiting on a few parts to get it fixed. I bought the K20A2 for a good price and made the meet yesterday which confirmed my championship lead and sercured my prize money..
I hope to have the R going again soonish...

I hope to see some better times very soon. I will be back on the dyno with-in 2 weeks to try and fix the issues I think I have. since the boys did a pretty rushed and limited dyno session to get it running and it did run just at time but it did run..
I think there is alot of time to be found in the a2 set-up but hopefully we will see the K20A sleeved and in the hole in late april, it will be tuned on a new Prototype ECU and hopefully run on the 24th of April. I will update everyone closer to the day..

I think the car would be making around 230whp. But we didnt run past about 7800 on the dyno. We ran on a different dyno aswell.. We ran up on 205-40-17's and was spinning all the way through 3rd on the dyno. when we ran it in 4th something wasnt right as all the speed figures etc were wrong. I will be back on my normal dyno soon..
