I have a 96itr suspension, 4x114. I was wondering was it possible to change out the spindle to as accord.
Since the accord spindle fits a 36mm axle.
The reason Im asking is I would like to have a direct fitment on my EG, in case I ever break a axle I wouldnt have to purchase custom axle's.

I'm confused...

Are you wanting to convert to a 36mm hub/spindle? or are you just wanting to use 36mm outter joints on your 4x114?

If this is the case, I don't think using an Accord spindle/hub would be a good idea, you can get a spindle/hub from a CRV (36mm) which will work just fine on your 4x114 knuckle. I'm not 100% sure but I think an Accord hub had different dimension's compared to a civic/integra/crv hub...its a different Honda family, you want to keep it in the civic/integra family.

duno if i gave you the answer you're looking for, but if you could be a little more detailed in what you're going after it would be easier to help you out..

just use an rsx axle with a eg outter. there is a theard on this site that explains how to do this. that way you don't have to think of retro crazy ways to make sock rsx axle work. i'll see if i can find it.
