I wanted to share some pics of the TSX and the front aluminum control arms, double wishbone front and 5 link rear. The rear has aluminum knuckles. The TSX would be a great race car IMO and a good candidate for RWD or AWD.

This is from the RTR TSX ... Real Time Racing. Has some old photos but explains their concepts to the TSX and how they were able to attack the corners how they did.

the CL7 accord also has factory lightweight rear calipers (aluminum iirc)
I know, I shared a picture of them in the 1st post on the lift at O's place. It is one of the things I like about the TSX. On all of the USDM Acura TSX's have the aluminum rear knuckles that I have seen from 2004-2008. The front aluminum control arms are light, the front knuckles are steel.

@katman

the 1st pic of the thread is the front subframe of a TSX. look at how long that one axle is. Shows how much wider the front is compared to others. Sho they are getting they TSX race chassis to 2600lbs with a cage. that is nuts man with that type of suspension set up. also from what I saw the way the 5 link is set up making the arm's mount points on the chassis an easy modification to increase travel while lowering. The front they did the same thing adjusting the mount points higher.

yea thats one long ass axle! seems like they're not even using a half-shaft.
may be the TSX's half shaft is shorter than the others

no way, at least not USDM ones. They're longer than RSX/EP3/8th gen civic half shafts.
My friends CL7 accord ran regular style TSX axles.
Thank you for clarifying katman. I am learning about this car. It reminds me of my 1994 Accord some - they had double wishbone front and rear with a double lower control arm in the rear with a trailing arm. the front had oem traction bars lol... wish it had more aftermarket support. They look good lowered down.
