alright guys... i have heard of people doing this, not sure i am understanding when it is needed and when it is not. i plan on running 2 tial MVR wastegates with 8.7psi springs(iirc, im going to double check in the morning). I don't have a goal for my build but there is a possibility of it seeing 30-40psi. I was wondering what the co2 does and if i should be using it. I am running a hondata boost control solenoid.

I image the CO2 chokes the engine since it does'nt burn so less exhaust gases are created which regulates the amount of boost you get.

*because it's a chemical version of boost control it's probably more accurate for high boost levels.*

You've go it all wrong... it is used to keep the wastegates completely shut closed for high boost all out.

If you are driving car on street go with the 4 port. They are very sensitive on changing perecentage. A small addition to duty cycle will make a significant diff in boost usually from what I've seen. If its a drag car then co2 is great and yes you can use hondata 3port with it. Just adjust your regulator a little above max boost you want and keep an eye on it before each pass
