Hi !

I often ( always :) ) have a check engine light when i start my car .

The error is " O2 sensor voltage high " . so i've got to turn off the ignition and turn it on and it doesn't appear again.

This cames always when i just begin to drive the car ( 2-3 minutes after i started it ).

Someone got help me ?

Yes it happens 9/10 times .

It's a DC2 with a K20A2 swap ( EUDM type R ) and an hybrid racing harness

I've had the same issue the last couple of days. I haven't had a chance to check it out yet. I noticed that when the cel is on, kmanager isn't getting any AF readings, but once I restart my car it goes away and everything is fine. Also only occurs when the motor is cold. Let us know what you find out. :up:

what is your ecu? if you have hondata and you are using european ECU wideband o2 sensor won`t work (correct me if im wrong). because european ECU`s doesn`t have an integrated wideband controller.. it can be your problem.

i am telling this as i read similar problem somewhere else..

that's right ! I saw that on USDM K20 you've got a wideband sensor and we haven't got that one :(.

I have a very similiar issue as well.

1994 EG
K20Z3
Hybrid Harness
KPRO PRB ECU

No O2 Sensor voltage only on cold starts on chilly mornings seems to be fine in the summer but if temps drop below 65-70 degrees the CEL pops on and A/F is red reading 10.7.


Turn car off, wait a few seconds, then on again CEL goes out and A/F reads 13.9-14.7 untill vehicle warms up. Then A/F hovers around 14.7 once warm.

Recap:
Cold start/chilly-cold mornings CEL pops on, code: No O2 Sensor Voltage (i forgot the p-code), turn car off then on CEL stays off normal voltage-O2 A/F.

Cold start/warm summer mornings no CEL at all.

Warm-Hot starts/any season temp no CEL at all.

Could it be my Hybrid harness ... KPRO ECU ... any input on this issue? This is kind of annoying me at the moment. :mad: :confused:

Sounds like your 02 is going out.

Thanks for the input man,

Ouch, thas what I thought. Any suggestions on a good replacement wideband primary O2. I have a DENSO unit in there now. How are the BOSCH units? I know these wideband O2's are pricey, thas fine, I just don't want a cheap product only to blow out in 6 mos.
