Cat camshafts?

You mean crower stage 2's for K-series?

Do you have a link to them for specs?

And will I need a new valvetrain, or is the k20a valvetrain sufficient?

no they are cat cams, they are equalivent to toda spec b cams, you will only need to replace your valvetrain if you want to rev over 8200.
