I have a K24 turbo EP3 that’s now experiencing boost issues.

The car has been mapped to 10Psi low boost, 14Psi High. And has been fine up until last week when it started boosting to 6 and only 6Psi

this is what I’ve done so far.

checked map that’s fine
Checked vacuum lines that’s all fine
Waste gate and blow off valve work fine
no Vacuum leaks/boost leaks
Re uploaded map it’s the same
AFR is all good
Oil pressure is good.

can’t really think of anything else

sounds like it is running on the spring.
Are you sure the waste gate and blow off operate and all diaphragms are sealed/OK?

yep checked wastegate. Works fine. Bov works fine too. Seals are all good.

cat desintegrated obstructing the exhaust?
Do ECU logs indicated that the waste gate and BOV is correctly actuated? (if ECU controlled at all)

not ecu controlled at all. There is no cat at all. Straight through downpipe.

How do you control the high and low boost settings without the ecu controlling the pressure?
