i have a FPR for my B16 and was wondering can i use that for the setup or i have to use a universal one. Mine have an adapter plate that goes to the fuel rail or is that the same thing as universal.??

I am pretty sure you ca use any FPR that can handle 40-60 psi

No, you cant use that type of style fuel pressure regulator. You are gonna have to use the universal type fuel pressure regulators. these dont go on the fuel rail, they sit and mount somewhere in the engine bay.

you can use the b series fpr...but you need the mugen fpr block which is like 200 dolla....might as well buy a 125 dolla universal sard fpr.....

well mine dont really sit on the fuel rail it just have an extended plate that goes to the fuel rail, i can pretty much mount my fpr anywhere with enough lines

Just a Q, but isn't there suppose to be a vacuum line or at least a block-off plug going to the reg?

im assuming that a k motor runs on a fixed pressure system.so i dont think it would have vacuum....i dunnno thats just what i hear...
