He hasnt gotten back to me yet, i asked for pics and this is what i got, i just emailed him back asking him to look what was stamped on the head. Wasnt sure if with these pics anybody could tell, because he is kinda slow at returning my emails.

Don't bother emailing him anymore. That head is not worth anything..

Details? I basically want to use it to send it out and get it Ported/Polished Etc. Im not gonna just slap it on and use it.

I already have a K20A3 Head, I was looking for a type s head to port/polish on the side for my other build since my block is almost done

i have a tsx rocker assembly and cams for sale , you can turn your k20a3 head into a real vtec head. other than the porting and flow of it of course.
