I asked Casey "What are the advantages of Inconel over typical header materials?" and this is what he had to say:

increased tensile and yield strength better coefficient of thermal expansion less thermal conductivity

It's like a super stainless that horribly expensive

looks super nice, but VERY expensive. can we expect dyno sheets to come out? also, will they come with different collectors depending on application?

Good Evening gentlemen.

There are dyno sheets available the header has been succesfully dynoed to a very nice 15 HP without tuning

i need to dig them out

Thanks for posting this up guys

The header will vary with every engine application not just the collector.

Casey maybe you should mention a few of the racers that use your headers or collectors...

Also will you be making stainless versions for a bit cheaper?

awesome. well since thats for show up, if you make them for sale about how much do you think you will sell them for? your header is the best one ive seen so far compared to the "high-end" b-series headers(infact the only one ive seen that uses a megaphone). btw; are the merge collector and megaphone also inconel or stainless?

The megaphone is stainless but the reverse cone is inconel

any chance in making this same header but just in regular 304 stainless, so that it could be affordable for the general public :D... and if so, how much are we looking at?

We want to make a production one which we are looking into we would of course try and keep cost under 1500
