I asked Casey "What are the advantages of Inconel over typical header materials?" and this is what he had to say:

increased tensile and yield strength better coefficient of thermal expansion less thermal conductivity

It's like a super stainless that horribly expensive

There are dyno sheets available the header has been succesfully dynoed to a very nice 15 HP without tuning

i need to dig them out

The header will vary with every engine application not just the collector.

I'm going to test fir on a k24/k20 eg sometime soon

That's an inconel version of my header, looks very very nice.

awesome. well since thats for show up, if you make them for sale about how much do you think you will sell them for? your header is the best one ive seen so far compared to the "high-end" b-series headers(infact the only one ive seen that uses a megaphone). btw; are the merge collector and megaphone also inconel or stainless?

The megaphone is stainless but the reverse cone is inconel

We want to make a production one which we are looking into we would of course try and keep cost under 1500

No this is for an EG swapped car, but that doesn't mean we can't put the good motor into it and test later on.
