im building a turbo type-s motor that can handle from about 500-600 horsepower and im lookn for good valve springs and retainers wut do u guys think are the best i was gonna go wit skunk2 retainers and mugen k20a dual valve springs, wut do u guys think?

Yes - there is a steep learning curve ahead of you. Perhaps find someone who has already successfully build a 600 hp turbo engine and get them to build you one.

Springs and retainers are determined by maximum engine rpm and camshaft characteristics, not power levels.

I have noticed k-series seem to be sensitive to high boosted applications. Why is this?

Yeah that, those valve springs aren't going to keep the tranny together. what do you need a 600hp A2 for?? A 320 whp can run high 12's and thats faster than most SVT Cobra's. 600hp axles for the A2 are like $1,500-$2,000
and building a custom tranny and drivetrain is bank.
