Hi guys

I am currently having a K20Z2 which is similar to the K20A3 engine, which has no VTEC on exhaust.

I am currently thinking of 2 things, either upgrade the camshaft alone to Brian Crower K20A3/K24 Stage 2 or upgrade the whole head to K20A/A2 which consists of camshaft, valve springs, valve seat and rocker arm

The bad thing is I am running on a Automatic Transmission, not sure which way of modification would squeeze out more juicy power. Need advise.

I am able to flash my current ECU to 08-09 Civic Si with K20Z3 or 07-08 JDM FD2 Type R ECU which has better advantages without tuning, which means if I do the head job, I am able to run like a stock K20A/K20Z3

Do I need to machine any part of the camshaft/rocker arm if I am going for the K20A/K20A2 head job?

Please let me know your experience on building this motor, need input from you all with experience in building K20A3 with K20A2 head

If everything goes well, i will start the project soon, but now have to make decision on either upgrade camshaft alone or K20A/K20A2 camshaft+rocker arm
