Hi Guys, I have a K24 turbo EP3 that’s now experiencing boost issues.

The car has been mapped to 9Psi low boost, 14Psi High. And has been fine up until last week when it started boosting to 6 and only 6Psi weather in high or low.

At first I went straight to the solenoid as the issue (MAC) and replaced it with a new one, no change.

Boost leak test, no issues.

Completely redone wiring to boost solenoid and high/low switch, no change.

Re uploaded the map, nothing.

Kinked the pressure source at the solenoid and got 7/8 Psi (Gate Pressure)

Have since noticed that when it hits 6Psi the boost control duty is at 100% never looked at the before so can’t say it’s right but I know on the map 14Psi is around 75%.

Im stuck with what else to try, anyone else experienced an issue like this?

Just want to add that the boost solenoid is plumbed correctly as has never changed... did switch sides on it tho and it boosted to high heaven before boost cutting at around 17Psi

Have also disconnected and blocked the vacuum hose that goes to the bov to make sure it wasn’t opening under boost, no change
