Well guys I have a 02 rsxs w turbo kit and power steering delete and ac delete but it will not boost I added a new boost controller but still nothing could it be a bad ecu? Any suggestions? I enabled b21 port but still nothing I dunno if the guy had gotten a bad ecu installed but any help? If I do a volt test should b21 give a reading?

Does your turbo spin at all? Otherwise a seized bearing could be the culprit or perhaps the turbine wheel has sheared off the shaft. Another possibility is a severe blockage in the exhaust. Check your intercooler plumbing is all connected and doesn't have a rag or something left in it.

Fr I will check all my plumbing and voltage b21 is my main concern because if ecu is bad I'm done☹

Your ecu can't stop boost. At a minimum, if your solenoid control strategy is not working, you'll still make Wastegate spring boost pressure. The only way to make zero boost is with a mechanical issue.

Which reminds me check your waste gate valve is fully seated as well.
