hi there
iv got k24 blue print rods and cp pistons do the gudgeon pin need pressing into the conrod??? or do they need rheeming for push fit?

Professional pin fitting required. Any machine shop can do it within about 5-10 minutes.

They shold be able to hone the rod bushing so the pin will just slide in.

i really need to know please as i cant build my engine until i find this out

only a machine shop can do it.

Bring the box of rods, with 2 wrist pins.

Tell them you want between .0005 and .0006 clearance and say this exactly:

"I would like this set of 4 rods, pin fitted, 2 wrist pins are in the box, can I wait here in the lobby while you do that? Thank you"
