I'm looking for a turbo to hit 600whp on 93. I know that a pte 6262 can do this but in what ar exhaust housing? Below is some info on my current setup.

-K24 block k20a2 head
-10.2 to 1 wiseco pistons
Manley rods
-Bc valve springs and retainers
-Cx racing bb gt3582 turbo
-Cx racing intercooler piping and exhaust manifold
-Tial 38mm wastegate
-deatschwerks 300c pump and 1300cc injectors.
-6 feed and return lines

Current setup made 521whp and 345 ft lbs of torque @ 20psi.
Tuner says I need a bigger turbo for more. Part of me wants to go for retune on E85 and I believe that I will hit close to 600whp. What do you guys think?

Honestly I would not push much more power on 93. E85 should get you there but without looking at your injector duty cycle I couldn't speculate on what fueling changes you may need.

Thanks brother. I'm thinking the same thing. I would be happy with 40-50whp more on this setup with E85.
I believe the fuel system can handle it and I have a 450lph pump on the way.
Next year I'm going with a 6262 and at least 2000cc injectors and see what it'll do!

Injector wise you should be close to maxed for 600. If you raise the base pressure 1bar it would get the the extra 100-150 to give you a safety margin. The fuel pump would be where I'm concerned on this setup for 600whp.

I ended up getting 2000cc injectors and a walbro 450 pump.
Made 545whp at 26psi on a mustang dyno
Your setup is fairly similar to mine, but I made more power with less boost. You have the better flowing head, so you should make more. Not sure where the difference is, maybe it's the turbo?

Below are the differences from what you listed, otherwise we have similar setups:
Garrett GTX35R, 1.06AR vs your GT35R, unknown AR though...
K24A2, block and head vs your K24 block and K20 head
10:1 wiseco vs your 10.2:1
deatschwerks DW300il vs your 450.
deatschwerks 1300cc injectors vs your 2000cc.

I made that 610whp with 21psi on a Mustang dyno, which is notoriously 5-10% lower than a Dynojet. Your original dyno is from a dynojet.
My duty cycle was around 70%, max.

I can share my tune. You'll need to tweak some settings, but it should give you a good timing/fuel map on what my setup is doing vs. yours.

Whatcha doin with that old 3582R :D I'm running an journal GT35R and I've read the BB 3582 would be a slight upgrade.
