I'm getting a lot of vibration while accelerating in lower rpms. Also on hard left turns my right axle vibrates violently. Everything is secure and tight. Was wondering if anyone else has this? I have Hasport CDK1 mounts and axles.

bump. I'm not sure what axle length mine are but I'm pretty sure I'm the only one using a k24 half shaft.

Anyway, I did a quick pull on the freeway to test my new intake. Bout a minute later my left axle starts knocking :(. When I engage the clutch the knock sound dissapears. I pull over and check my axles, everything looked fine but it has some play (I can shake it up and down and hear it) Is that normal? I park for 5 minutes and start driving again and the knock sound dissapears
This problem is really getting fustrating! Anyone dealt with this problem b4? I double checked all bolts and all is secure and tight btw

if it vibrates in only low rpm and not high. it is usually the axle going bad. change it out for another one and it should go away.

took some pics. sorry for the cell phone quality. i think this is what was giving me the knocking noise at random shifts.

passenger side...angle much?

it already carved into the fork like 1mm

Called hasport and they told me to swap it with the driver side one since it's a little bit bigger? I still don't think it'll fix my vibration issue though.

Whoa... wait. This is obviously the front wheel, and I can see the caliper. Is the upright the OEM Honda part? Has (didn't read the whole thread) the drivetrain been swapped out? That axle should be centered under the strut tube, not offset way to one side. In the picture is the steering turned way to one extreme? See where the axle is when the wheels are straight ahead. Has the car been in a wreck?

the only swapped parts are the motor, tranny, mounts, axles. and of course i'm on coilovers. yes thats when the wheel is straight and the car hasn't seen any wrecks. I think it's just the matter that hasport made the mounts where the motor sits way to far forward. if it sat back about 1.5-2 inches i would be fine.
