The CRV pistons are different than the Accord/Element pistons.
The CRV valve reliefs look small because of the dish top piston. If it was flat or popped up, it would not look so bad. CRV pistons won't hit if tuned correctly.
the Accord/Element pistons have a little pocket in the center like the EP and Base DC5 to concentrate the charge and help with emissions.
I have an engine builder I use and when he bolted a Type S head on an Accord/Element block the pistons interfered with the head and he was not able to turn the motor after it was torqued down.
