With an amazing 231 whp at 7600 rpm and 186ft-lbs torque , this civic has made an important point in the K series community. The car was tuned and dynoed at http://www.redzoneperformance.com

1992 Civic
Block 2004 TSX k24a2 block with only 1000 miles
Head K20A Integra Type-R
Tranmission K20A Integra Type-R
dtr-fab header
Custom Cold Air Intake
AEM Regulator
stock injectors
Hondata K-Pro

Dyno Sheet

Tune started based on the TSX calibration in K pro, and took about 1-2 hours.

The results speak from themselves. Check back for 1/4 mile updates.

If you are interested in buying a similar new TSX motor, email me at [email protected] Price would be around 1900 shipped anywhere in the continental US.

How did you guys pull out so much tq from a k20 motor?
that is rcrews race car. these k motors are kind of incredible really, they wont stop making power, you can mess with them all day and squeeze every little piece of power if you have enough time/money or if you own your own dyno like they do. that car has tons and tons of dyno time.

the 2.4l ill let you know when it gets ready. not sure whats going on just yet, trying to draw it all out still. prob try the stock sleeves, at around 12.5-1 compression, its a street car so its not all out. we'll see what happens, might be a race car by then. lol.

Any news on your 2.4L buildup? I'm interested to know as well.
Sorry for bringing this thread back from the dead, but i need to ask you Nikos, what headgasket did you use with that setup? it seems no one uses a k24a2 block with a type r head, i did that and wanted to make sure if you used the coolant divertor and which headgasket. thanks
had the same setup and made pretty much the exact numbers! such a good stock setup.

out of curiosity
what intake does it have?
any pics?
dimension/lengths?

It says in the first post, custom.
This thread is 6 years old, so the probability that the motor/intake is still around is pretty slim.
yea i saw the custom part which is what spiked my curiosity
perhaps nikos may have some pics of the engine bay?
