Facts:
-Customer pays $529
-Customer provides a core wire harness which he purchased for $200
-Vendor receives $529
-Vendor receives wire harness
-Customer provides name, address, telephone number and email address
-Vendor receives Customer name, address, telephone number and email address
-Vendor promise delivery date two weeks out
-Customer calls vendor 4 weeks later
-Vendor give reason for lack of contact as he had the incorrect email address
-Vendor gives reason for non delivery as lack of supplies
-Vendor states they have 10 harnesses almost complete
-Vendor states they need to know the chassis type
-Vendor promise delivery of one week
-Customer calls Vendor 2 weeks later
-Vendor promises delivery on Friday
-Customer calls Vendor Tuesday after the promised date of Friday and leaves message
-Vendor calls customer on Thursday
-Vendor promises shipping tracking code on Friday
-Vendor promises gift of ground kit as compensation for trouble
-Customer does not receive tracking information
-Customer calls vendor on Tuesday after the promised tracking information was promised.
-Vendor does not answer
-Vendor responds to thread
-Vendor calls Customer
-Vendor sends ship info
-Customer receives harness - 2 months later

Man, there have been 2-3 instances where ive read about things like this happening from Chase. I was going to get my harness done by him, but I, myself, dont want to have to eventually make a thread like this.

Tis no good.

I have a H series harness under a name Geoff in TN. I emailed him tracking already and his harness went out. Is this the correct customer?

It was the Geoffrey mentioned above. Just did call backs and he was one of them from today, he never got the UPS quantum view email last week. I just sent it to him myself so everything should be good!

Forgive us returning calls later on in the day, our employee that was on phones had to quit for family reasons so we just have me on phones! Trying to juggle all of the days tasks efficiently. Thanks for the heads up and glad we could get it addressed.

hey chase, it was either your last chasebay scammer thead or the one before that where you used the "blame it on the employee method"

youve got to get a new one like "my dog ate your harness" or "somali pirates robbed the solder boat."

or better yet, "hi im chase, im a boy trying to do a mans job"
