Ok.

Well so far I have used two different PNP harness's and two diff stock engine harness's and neither have reverse lockout.

Seems kinda odd.

Any way to check to see why it is not working?

I know alternative is to put it on a switch.

There are two wires to the solenoid: one for ground and the other to the ECU at B7. If the continuity is good on both wires to their respective terminations, then the problem is with the ECU.

The Si ECU doesn't have a way to control the reverse lock out function.

The Type S should, ours worked fine. Email Matt at Hondata and ask if there is anything that may explain what's happening. If you use a type S harness and a type S based K-pro you should have reverse lock out unless your adapter harness is shortng out the VSS signal. The only reason a K-pro wouldn't activate lock out is if there is a problem with the VSS. Is your check engine light on? Is it connected?
