96 Integra with k20a2 engine swap and 2002 EP3 SI 5-speed transsmission
The engine has stock internals besides arp head studs, all bolt-ons only. RBC intake manifold
karcepts fuel rail, stock type-s throttle body, -6AN fuel feed and return lines with AEM 340 fuel pump,
Pump relay upgrade mod 14v, Summit racing FPR, and AEM 3.5 bar map sensor it's scaled
a/f ratio oxygen sensor 234-9005, Ktuned swap header, NO-CAT to 2-1/2" exhaust.
Ecu is PNF with Hondata kpro v4 using stock k20a2.Kal
I tried other preloaded base maps with the same issue.

The problem I'm having is idle is almost perfect takes a little bit to start the car but does start and idle.
I did calibrate the TPS in kpro and set injector dead times and gearing. Just trying to start
the car using stock type-s.kal to least run the car.
It hesitates to go when giving it some throttle to drive normally and just cuts in and out. then it will go for a second and repeat cutting in and out like if not getting fuel. The gauge on fuel press regulator is at 50psi.

I did install new NGK iridium laser platinum plugs and coils and cleaned the IACV.
NO CEL at all, all grounds are tight also. Know it needs to be tuned but with issues, I cant get tuned.

Could be a number of things I know like an air pocket in coolant, vacuum leak, bad MAP/TPS, anything really.
Just irritated and searching for those who had a similar issue and if anyone can recommend some test I can try
or maybe some things I can adjust in KPRO. I did everything to do basic start-up and outlined to least get the car up and running on one of the stock Hondata base maps.

The car idles perfectly but has hiccups with -1 degree of timing it fluctuates then it spikes in a/f to like 20:19 back down to stoich. I have tried different throttle bodies also with stock map sensor and the car has the same issue.

At this point just irritated. going to try again tomorrow.
Any help is or ideas are very much appreciated.
Thank you all who do help in advance

I have had problematic k series TPS that didn’t throw any codes in kpro before. Did you use the same throttle sensor when you swapped TB or did each have its own tps ? It also sounds like the tip in throttle may need adjusting , my motor went pretty lean on the almost all the different kpro cals I tried. Taking it to the tuner is what really got it running smoothly, the cam angles were all off so was the timing etc from the tsx map to my bolt on k24a.
Yeah I had different TPS sensors on both and checked voltage and calibrated every time in kpro as well
I'll share couple catalogs if you want to call it that. basically, car sitting idle
A datalog would help determine what’s going on 👍
