70mm inside bore, tapered to a 65.5mm plate *yes enlarged* also shaft has been milled to increase airflow and lessen turbulance..

have no idea what my custom work is worth...
reason... I have Custom ITB's... to fit my RSX chassis and TSX build this will not be used... better in the hands of somebody else than at the bottom of my spare parts crate.
best offers... (no idea what's it worth) STR are going for 400$ something but i don't think ti's worth that much... although king ones don't increase the plate or taper simply enlarging the bore....
