so the other day i was driving my car, and the tranny has been ok until now, but the other day as i was leaving a friends shop i was in 2nd gear about to switch into 3rd but it got a little stuck as if i had to force it out of 2nd and put it into 3rd... every other gear works ok no problems with shifting, if anyone has any idea or input please post....

That's the 1st to 2nd gear slider that has developed a ridge from gear grinds. Its only going to get worse. Once that little ridge "smooths" out from you forcing it out then it wont have enough material in the little teeth and the gears will start popping out.

The tranny has no grinds what so ever, i haven't had a problem with it until i put on my exhaust, i check to see if it had burnt the shift cables but they are fine... so i have no idea
