4 years later... lol... But actually I've had many people want the 9th gen si gears inside the TSX case.. Closer ratio... slightly quicker acceleration
2012 si transmission
I posted this on tsxclub, but no replies yet so here we go. I know the 06-11 si transmission cases dont have the transmission mounts to match our tsx, but I was wondering since the 2012 si and up are now k24 would a 2012+ be a straight bolt on for us? Also is the 06-11 gearing much better than the new si gearing? I was just wondering since I wanted to swap si gears and the lsd into my tranny since I think I need new synchro rebuild. I would think this would be a more cost efficient route since I found a 12 si tranny for $1000. Thanks ahead of time.
