I got a 07 si with I/H/E and reflash. i want to do some stage 1 cams with no valvetrain needed and no tuning. Is there any cams out there for the z3? and anyone here tried it, thanks for the advance response.

tuning is key to making cams work right and right now there arent alot of options. We have Kpro working on a 07 si along with stage 2 skunk cams and I can tell you the k20z3 will make alot more power with cams and tuning. Our si started out at 178hp stock and we have got it up to 235hp with IHE cams and tuning. There are clips of the car on youtube.

have you thought about using JDM ITR cams?

I thought type r cams won't fit because the head is diff to begin with?
