2003 civic si ep3

I got a 2003 ep3 SI custom blue with 83***miles
on the clock.
The car has : front replica mugen lip
hfp rear lip
jdm yellow fogs not working
Tanabe 1.5" lowering springs
white sunflowers w/fuzion tires
car was stolen and front bumper and lip were damaged
along with the front grille and sound system stolen.2nd
thing that is wrong with the car is that it has REBUILT
TITLE cause my friend that i purchased from brought the
car with a no seats,steering wheel and no transmission and
lastly needs front struts which i may fix before i sell.
