not sure if theres a particular reason that you need to run those but if this is for a civic you can get away with not using those parts. the one on the Throttle body can be capped off and the one on the manifold usually gets a fitting to use it as a water temp sensor for kpro.

I dont know what they are for either,

One goes to the stock ait box and into the intake manifold,
The other runs along side the brake booster hose,

Well they were in the car when i got it so i want to keep them,

They had a bit of an accident when fitting the rbc :rolleyes:

They both just came up fine for me.. I checked it just now again..

As you can see, there is no real part number by that sensor
