how short are the gears with a 195/50/15 or 205/50/15 tire and the k20a tranny. i currently run a 195 but im thinking of getting a 205 size tire before my swap goes in. i don't want the gears to be really stupid short. now with my b16 tranny going 80 mph it 5th its at 4500 rpm. will the 6th in the itr tranny be taller than that with such a small tire?

This is what I calculated

4500rpm 83mph 195 50 15 6th gear 4.75
4500rpm 84mph 205 50 15 6th gear 4.75

yeah the gearing difference between a 195/50 and a 205/50 is so small it's barely noticeable...

thanks, can anyone who drives this combo tell me about how it is driving daily. 1st must be allmost worthless
