Three solutions from least work to most work:

1.) Buy 04-05 TSX Manifold

2.) Disable IACV function in KPro and adjust idle mechanically at the throttle body

3.) Create an opening at the 06 TSX manifold inlet for IACV. Which is hard because there is not a lot of material.

4.) block off the rear of the plate and done (like pp's 6th pic). i ghetto fabbed mine and it works fine so far. i simply blocked off the rear opening of the adaptor that overhangs with a small piece of aluminum and then mounted the tb.
