anyone with experience in the swapping of pumps??

seems like it might be the best of both worlds

balance shafts for smoother idle and enough umph for top end oiling.

why not order an 2007 CTR (RRC) oil pump?

I've tried fitting a K20Z3 oil pump and unless you do some grinding, it won't work. It FIT perfectly but when I turned the crank, the bolts on my rods hit it. For the K24 pumps, that section of the pump is just opened up. If you have no problems with grinding some aluminum off, you'll be cool.

If you're also going to use K24 balance shafts, you might have to grind a bit of material away on the inside where the weights spin around.

Personally, I'm just using a K24A2 (TSX) oil pump and revving to 8600 okay on my K24.
