I am trying to figure out if its a straight plug in or if you need a jumper harness and if so, where can I get it?

You will need a jumper harness.The plugs seem to be the same,but alot of the pin locations are different.
I dont believe anyone makes them yet,but if I can source the plugs Ill make one for you.

why not just forget the fuss and use a 2004 wiring harness
